Shopsy witnesses spike in sales, customers during sale event

Shopsy, a hyper value e-commerce platform by Flipkart witnessed an increase in sales and customer base during its recently concluded sale event ‘Grand Shopsy Mela’.

During the six-day sale event, Shopsy witnessed increased customer demand in tier 2, 3 markets with Cuttack, Guwahati, Gorakhpur, and Mysore topping the list.

The sale event also saw an increased seller participation from across geographies with sales growing twice over normal days resulting in higher revenue.

Commenting on the sale event, Kapil Thirani, head of Shopsy in a statement said, “Grand Shopsy Mela embodies our commitment to meet the evolving needs of our customers who eagerly wait for big sale events like these to shop their hearts out and fulfill their wish lists without any constraints.”
