Kaarigar Mandi raises Rs 1.75 crore from Kyt Ventures, others
Kaarigar Mandi, a business-to-business footwear startup has raised Rs 1.75 crore ($2,09,893) in seed funding round led by Kyt Ventures.
Upaya Social Ventures, IIMA Ventures, and IIM Calcutta Innovation Park also participated in the funding round.
The company will utilise the funds for strategic business development initiatives and expansion of technology infrastructure.
Commenting on the funding, Ankit Kumar, co-founder of Kaarigar Mandi in a statement said, “Our platform is designed to bridge the gap between traditional artisans and modern bulk buyers. With this funding, we aim to further strengthen our infrastructure and expand our reach, creating a thriving ecosystem for footwear businesses and fostering economic resilience.”
Kaarigar Mandi was co-founded by Ankit Kumar, Gagan Mukhi, and Hifza Afaq. Kaarigar Mandi offers bespoke solutions tailored to meet the demands of bulk footwear buyers and fashion brands.
