Vice President Kamala Harris is warning voters that Donald Trump intends to “weaponize” the Department of Justice against his political adversaries.

Harris made the comments in a posting on the X social media platform.

“If reelected, Trump has openly said he intends to weaponize the Department of Justice against his enemies,” Harris cautions. “He openly talks about his admiration for dictators and has vowed to be a dictator on day one.”

“It’s on us to recognize the threat he poses—the choice is clear in November.”

Some suggest that the Vice President’s comments are lacking in self-awareness and truth.

Kamala Harris Is Gaslighting

On at least one level, this message will resonate with voters. Democrat voters. Strictly left-wing voters who take in their news and information from legacy media. Voters who are blissfully unaware of reality.

By contrast, those with working sets of eyes and ears understand just how much of an effort this is to gaslight the public. Those people responded to Kamala Harris with a heavy dose of reality.

“Biden is specifically using the DOJ to interfere in the November election by going after Trump,” replied conservative commentator Paul Szypula. “Everyone can see it clear as day.”

“Your party is trying to imprison a presidential candidate,” another writes.

Popular X pundit ‘Catturd’ simply fired back: “Look in the mirror.”

Nobody Has Weaponized The DOJ Quite Like Biden And Harris

The unmitigated gall for Vice President Kamala Harris to make such a claim about Trump with the backdrop of a case involving Rebecca Lavrenz. It’s just weapons-grade chutzpah.

Lavrenz, a 71-year-old great-grandmother from Falcon, Colorado, was recently convicted on four federal misdemeanor charges for trespassing at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.

She attended the rally by herself, wearing a red scarf and a white hat, and joined a group of people praying outside the Capitol for about an hour and a half.

Lavrenz could be sentenced to up to a year in prison and ordered to pay fines of more than $200,000. The fines are excluding legal fees.

She wandered inside the Capitol that day, after others already had, for a grand total of 10 minutes. Praying.

Even knowing that Harris wants to take the focus off of Biden’s actual weaponized DOJ and scare voters about Trump’s non-existent weaponized DOJ.

Biden’s Justice Department has jailed mostly peaceful protestors from January 6th, jailed pro-life grandmothers who protest abortion clinics, had the DOJ target Catholic churches, and pursued concerned parents at school board meetings as terrorists.

Oh, and they’ve actively pursued his main political opponent at every turn. To the tune of multiple indictments and the perpetual threat of jail time.

Kamala is right about one thing, however. “The choice is clear in November.”

Trump, or a man who has actually acted like a dictator for several years now.
